This "winner" must have paid for three fares on DC's Metro subway system, because he is taking up three seats on a crowded car. He was sleeping like a baby while the handicapped and old people were forced to stand. He wins the prize for DC Metro Jerk of the Week. The prize is public humiliation.
Now I'm not sure how you do things in the fast paced east coast world, but should that same scenario happened here in the good ol' northwest, he'd have at least two agitated elderlies poking him with their canes and a wild talking vet in a motorized wheelchair all explaining to him why they're entitled to those seats. And the rest of us would still be screwed.

Someone should have put eyeliner, mascara, and a touch of lipstick on him. That would have been precious!
